Comfortable and bright room in Moratalaz

Cozy room in a shared apartment (with host) in a very green and quiet area of Madrid. The apartment and room have everything you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, TV, closets, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc. It is located just 2 minutes from the Artilleros station (line 9) and about 5 minutes from the O'Donnell Green Wedge Park. Whether it's a business or leisure trip, staying with us will make you feel right at home.

Our cozy 39 m² studio is located in the traditional Moratalaz neighborhood, in the Artilleros area. You'll enjoy a quiet, residential setting, just 3 minutes from the metro (line 9) with direct access to Retiro Park and 250 meters from bus line 20, which takes you to Puerta del Sol in about 30 minutes. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and well-connected stay in Madrid.

Apartment 25m away from the city center

Comfortable apartment just 15 minutes by metro from the Retiro Park. The metro and various bus lines are only 80 meters away. In case you come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the area. The area is calm and quiet with large green areas. There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Ahorramas) in the area as well as all kinds of shops. Any questions you have do not hesitate to contact me before booking :)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A room in the apartment shared with the host. It has double-glazed windows, an apartment recently renovated in August 2024, very cozy and quiet with a lock on the bedroom door. Well connected to the center: metro line 6- Conde de Casal, line 8- Estrella, line 1- Puente de Vaillecas, buses: lines-8,14,20,30,32,113…; supermarkets: LIDL, ECO FAMILIA, AHORA MÁS…

Trundle bed (beds at different heights). There are more Airbnb rooms in the house. The house is quiet, with no noise. It's in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood, 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The metro is 5 minutes away: Line 9 (purple), Pavones station. There's a bus stop with direct buses 3 minutes from the house, heading towards Sol/Gran Vía. Wizinkcenter ,buses 8/20/30/100/140/142/144

Apartment in Moratalaz Area

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
