“This place is so peaceful, cozy, and magical. It's like a fairy-tale cottage. It is very tiny, but perfect for my husband and I, and it had everything we needed. We kept marveling at the craftsmanship and the thought that went into every aspect of the house. Neither of us is very "outdoorsy," but this was exactly the type of camping we wanted: private, beautiful nature but not too far from civilization and not too rustic. We hiked the Rhododendron Ridge Trail which started right outside our door. It was so tranquil and lovely being in the woods, and I was impressed at the variety of mushrooms to be found along the way. We also drove about 30 minutes to hike up to Catawba Falls, which was SO beautiful. We loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely want to come back again in the future.”

“Everyone must experience this treehouse! Of all the places we’ve been, This is by far the cleanest, most attentive to detail, with every amenity, and with all the beauty of the surrounding mountains! We will most certainly return! Melissa was very communicative, but we only communicated about random things, nothing about the treehouse because there were no problems. Everything showed in the listing was even better in person. Before we arrived, my husband and I had made a predetermined decision that we would not get in the hot tub because we’ve never been to a place where the hot tub is clean enough. But, that wasn’t the case... the hot tub was super clean, and so was the shower, the bathroom and the entire Treehouse. I have never been in a place so spotless clean. Added thoughtful personal touches made our stay even more enjoyable! Every detail speaks to the owners care for their guest’s experience.”
