Only 8 minutes from the highway, so very centrally located in relation to Lolland, Falster, Møn and Zealand, where lots of sights are within 1 hour's reach. The house has fibernet, TV, and all the necessary services and appliances to have a comfortable vacation.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. In the middle of Zealand, 40 minutes from Copenhagen and 10 minutes from the famous Skovtårn, is our architect-designed villa. It has many square meters, closer to 350 m2. In addition to 3 bathrooms on 3 different floors, there are 5 bedrooms - a common living room in the basement and a large kitchen-living room. Under the house there is a natural bathing lake with associated sauna so it is possible to swim in the winter with a subsequent sauna.
