In the farm shop, you’ll find freshly baked sourdough bread, farm honey, and freshly laid eggs. We have table tennis, foosball, and darts in our cozy barn. In the evening, you can make pizza in the wood-fired stone oven and enjoy the courtyard with a glass of our hand-brewed draft beer. Welcome to the Farm on the Hill in Holme-Olstrup - with a focus on sustainability, responsible consumption and climate-friendly choices. Here on the farm, we have made a conscious choice to live in a more sustainable way to minimize our footprint on the planet. The rooms are decorated with recycled furniture, in the living room there is a bookshelf where you can swap your read books for some "new" ones, and in the kitchen we have waste sorting. Out in the field, we have chickens and free-range pigs and grow our own fruits and vegetables.

There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air
