Ranch style house, 360-degree views, plenty of parking, hiking and running trails right out front door. Kens Lake, off-roading and mountain bike trails are within minutes. Huge night sky with loads of stars, satellites, and meteors. Sleeps up to 8. Extra charge after 6 people. Plan for 10-minute drive to get to downtown Moab. We are located 8 miles out of town in a peaceful neighborhood without parking worries. BBQ out on the deck or hang out on the front porch with a fire and watch the sunset.

This is a nice townhome on the south end of Moab. There are patios on the front and back of the home with a fire pit and grill available for guests to use. Great view of local ball field and red rocks. A foosball table in the home and complex amenities of pools, hot tub, playground area, tennis and basketball courts as well as picnic areas make this an extra fun place to stay. The main floor is polished concrete and countertops are poured cement to add a nice finish for your stay.

The spacious living room features a combination of plush sofas and armchairs in neutral tones, arranged around a wooden coffee table. A large wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan are prominent, while natural light fills the area from windows leading to the patio.

It's the most private house you can rent within Coyote Run neighborhood. The window views show the beauty of Moab; red rock walls and cottonwood trees. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom, including soaker tubs. Upstairs bedrooms and loft are hardwood floors. The ground level floor features polished concrete.
