Perfect for families with a full kitchen, climate control, Wi-Fi, and a porch to enjoy desert mornings or starry nights. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking available on a first come, first serve basis. Pet friendly with a fully fenced private yard - ideal as your home base for adventures.

This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. ATV riding is at your doorstep. We are 3/4 of a mile from Exit 187 on I-70 with a gas station and convenient market at the exit. 5 star reviews

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.
