Bella's suite feels like a tropical getaway with its soothing earth tone décor. You immediately feel like you are home. There's a full kitchen, a beautiful rain shower, a very comfortable memory foam queen bed, 2 Roku TVs, a dining table, and a dedicated workspace in the bedroom. You can relax by the pool located next to the suite. Both inside & outside of Bella's Suite are supremely well-kept and cleaned after each stay. It is blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Beautiful Cottage with Modern Flair No extra fees!

At this point we have waived all extra fees. We don’t charge for cleaning or pet fees. Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people. Thank you!

This room is like an apartment studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. There is a separate, private entrance/exit. Lots of closet space and cozy lighting! Good for folks who seek a quiet, cozy stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. Private Mid century modern style decor with resort like bathroom fully re-modeled. Spaceous outdoor patio; great for doing yoga or just relaxing outside taking in the California weather. The area is booming, new Starbucks across the street, many office buildings near by and plenty of food options.
