Nestled in the canyons with a winding road on the eastern edge of Bel Air, Beverly Glen Blvd can be a busy street during rush hours. It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Audio recording is off by default. - Security cameras are in the common area of the building installed by the leasing office. So please no extra guests and parties. - Quiet hours: from 11 PM to 7 AM.
