Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, Island Packers, and more!

It has an Elevator, four 70' inch smart tv's throughout the house and all the latest technology to go with it! The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art!
