Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We are located one block from restaurants, Red Kettle Coffee, shopping & the beach. Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
