Large open living room and outdoor furniture for lounging, as well as a bbq for those that wish to grill. Added a hot tub as well. One block from the Douglas Preserve and two blocks to the Mesa Lane beach entrance. Downtown area, pier/harbor a short drive away, about a mile.
