The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our small apartment is located on the ground floor and in the beautiful courtyard of our 120-year-old house between Lüneburg and Hamburg - directly next to a large forest area and close to the Lüneburg Heath and the Elbe Marshes! With its 42 square meters, it can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a new kitchen, a shower room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a terrace. Each room has been lovingly designed by us with many details.

Dich erwarten ein großzügiges 180 cm Bett, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, ausgestattet für ein Frühstück oder Snacks sowie ein privates Badezimmer und Balkon. Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

The property is located on the outskirts of Brietlingen-Moorburg - approx. 25 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. By car, you can reach Lüneburg in 15 minutes and downtown Hamburg in 45 minutes. Directly behind the pastures of the AZL is the half-timbered house with the “Carl-Otto” apartment, which is located in the annex. In the entrance area, stable and hiking shoes as well as jackets can be left right at the coat rack. On the 1st upper floor is the cozy new 1-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.
