Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom non-smoking home in a beautiful country setting on an acre of land. Just a 12 minute drive to Uptown Athens & Ohio University. House comfortably sleeps 3-4 people (3 queen beds). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, covered patio and easy access to Hwy 33. There are two wineries very close as well. Quiet+private 2 bdrm cabin. Located just 5 miles from e. state st. and 7 miles to court st. Our cabin is furnished with 2 king beds, linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views.
