From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Kreuzberg, the small church village on the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/North Rhine-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.
