Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

A spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. The place is very cosy to stay at, it's ideally located 100m away from Boxhagener Platz in an adjacent street, so you could experience the lively atmosphere of one of the best spots in Berlin and at the same time have it quite and peaceful at night, the bedroom windows are facing the backyard. The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.

It is located in a semi-detached house on the 2nd floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
