The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf - Berlin

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Our vacation bungalow B2 is located with another bungalow (B1) on a large property on the banks of the Müggelspree. It is comfortably equipped and offers many possibilities for relaxation and sports activities. Parking is ample. Bikes and paddle boats are free to use. The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.

The appartment is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful old building. There is a private entrance facing the garden and the lake. Inside the appartment is a new sauna. There is one large bed for two in the living room and a bed for one in a separate bedroom. A couch can be converted, in case three people like to sleep in individual beds. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The appartment has a floor heating.
