You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Apartment by the park near the water

Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, the surfaces disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. It has a bed and couch with sleeping function.The room has an underfloor heating. Self Check-In after 5 pm (with code). The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

My house is hidden in a wild garden, 1 minute walk from the banks of the river.A place of retreat. Half an old house. The downstairs flat is self-contained with its own entrance and access to the garden. A large comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Central heating and also coal and wood stoves. Room for 2-4 people. 1 double bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the sitting room.

This ‚flat’ with its own entrance is a part of a bigger flat with another entrance door. The rest of the flat is separated by a door (locked). So you are not going to have any contact with other people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
