Gorgeous cool luxurious space near Truist Park

This beautiful studio house in the heart of Smyrna, 5 minutes from Truist Park and 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta is filled with mostly local art. When you walk in the front door it feels lush and welcoming. There are lots of little details that will make you comfortable from the coffee bar, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, beautiful art everywhere and full kitchen. My hope is that you'll feel relaxed and inspired. You'll love being so close to a pedestrian mall with great restaurants.

This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square.
