Just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the famous Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Strollo's The "Lighthouse" ice cream place! There are so many arcades, bars, amusement rides and entertainment on the boardwalk. You also have beach access for all you beach goers! If you're into live music be sure to check out the Warfside and Patio Bar! just 2 blocks way! This is a family friendly cottage. Located in the center of the action. It is 5 houses from the ocean and boardwalk. A few more Steps puts you at Jenkinson amusement pier and aquarium. steps from the beach, boardwalk and within easy walking distance to amazing seafood restaurants, fishing, aquarium, rides, and nightlife. This Charming Cottage is very close to the Action but far enough to be quiet. The Cottage is a Great place to bring the kids or a couples' getaway. Towels and linens included.

Due to proximity to the beach, be aware of high tide in Manasquan. Minimum age to book is 25. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Please provide # guests and reasoning for trip. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 12 guests. Additional guest can sleep on foldable floor mattress.

Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.
