We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
