Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches.
