Our flat situated in Christianshavn which is one of the most central and famous neighbourhoods of Copenhagen and only 20 metres from the metro station. It is 100 m2 in total and has a sitting room, a bedroom, a big bathroom (17 m2), a big kitchen ( 20 m2) and an antre.It has very high ceilings which we love. We really like minimalist design and love to mix&match the new and the old stuff in our decoration. Christianshavn is located in city centre, around 7-10 minutes by walking to shopping street. There are lots of popular cafe and restaurants in the area. It is a also very close a popular turist attraction Christiania (3-5 minutes by walking). We hope you will enjoy living in our flat because we love living here :-)

Quiet neighborhood, close to walking and cycling paths and nature area and only 8 km from Copenhagen C, 200 meters from bus stop and 1.5 km from S-train. The apartment has free private parking, an elevator, a large bathroom with a sink and a fully equipped kitchen. With grocery stores, restaurants and a large protected natural area very close by, it is ideal for both relaxation and city life. Perfect for a luxurious stay close to the city.

This apartment is not a typical basement apartment, but a bright, newly renovated and cozy apartment with large windows, exposed beams and its own kitchen and bathroom. From the apartment, you can look out into the garden with a small garden pond and to the other side out to the courtyard with garden furniture, which you are welcome to use. The apartment consists of a bedroom of 18 m2 with 2 beds of 160 cm and 140 cm, a hallway, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Dogs welcome. Close to the S-train.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a view, and from which the sun can be enjoyed from about 12 noon and the rest of the day. More shopping and restaurants about 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. If you are visiting Copenhagen, it only takes about 20 minutes by train.
