In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

Nearby are Schierensee and Westensee. Blumenthal is an ideal base for walks and bike rides. Shopping facilities are about 7 km away.

At this special accommodation in Kiel Hassee, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. Only 1.5 km to the train station & center bus stops in the immediate vicinity and yet quiet, as it is located in a beautiful backyard. All rooms have electric exterior blinds for more privacy. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.
