Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

Lomma is a thriving community with a perfect location by the sea, 10 km from Lund and 10 km from Malmö. There are lovely walking paths along the sea or in the nearby parks at Alnarp Agricultural University. The proximity to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen means that there is always access to world-class culture and shopping. The house is from 1913 but renovated in 2016 with retained charm. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The apartment is located in the city center close to the University, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. Some furniture has been changed in relation to the pictures. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Good location between Helsingborg and Malmö. 6 km from E6an Landskrona south. 1 km to Asmundtorp, 3 km to Häljarps station with trains to Lund, Malmö, Landskrona, Helsingborg etc. Beautiful, fresh and comfortable accommodation. Lawn and patio outside your own entrance. Parking space and free WiFi.
