Beautiful 2-roomer with nice garden centrally located

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Family home, orangery, a few minutes from Lund C

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök/vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt kvarter en kort promenad från Lund C, universitet och grönområden. Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre. We provide bicycles for our guests- so you can discover Lund like a native!

Cocoon - charming houseboat in Copenhagen City

Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The boat has a living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed, a kitchen, a separate bed room, an office, and a bath room with shower

Charming Apartment in a villa from 1901

Helt nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 36 m2 i sekelskiftesanda med vardagsrum och välutrustat kök. Sovrum med säng, 160 cm samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med plats för 1 extra person. Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Välkommen att bo i vårt charmiga annex på cirka 70kvm i hjärtat av Lund och ett stenkast från vackra Stadsparken. Boendet ligger på promenadavstånd till Lunds kulturupplevelser, parker, restauranger, caféer, museer och mycket mer. Till boendet är det cirka 7 min promenad från Centralstationen. Från stationen tar det 14min till Malmö och 45min till Köpenhamn med tåg. Vill ni hänga på stranden och bada tar det 15min med buss från stationen till Lomma, Bjärred eller Habo Ljung.

Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Stängt måndagar. Nu semesterstängt till 4 augusti. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
