Havel Suites 2-room apartment with garden & sauna

Newly renovated, bright 2-room apartment in the center of Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

The modern half-timbered house near the beach is the ideal vacation home for all 4 seasons. It was built in 2017, furnished to a high standard and equipped with great attention to detail. The beautiful garden with 3 terraces, playground, barbecue area, lounge, beach chair, sun loungers and outdoor hot tub (37.5°C) with wooden deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a single-family house im Carinerland OT Neu Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the outdoor area there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also handicap accessible) For peace seekers and nature lovers. A free Wi-Fi connection is there.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
