Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus von der Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Universität entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im grünen Umland. Das Haus ist kernsaniert und mit allem Pipapo neu und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ideale Belegung sind 1-2 Personen/Paare, für ein paar Nächte kommt man auch zu dritt unter. Haustiere willkommen!

Der Nordseedeich des südlichen Jadebusens liegt nur 2km entfernt. Das idyllisch gelegende Haus eignet sich ideal auch für einen Mehrgenerationenurlaub, für 2 befreundete Familien oder auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Der große Garten mit angrenzender Liegewiese und Spielgeräten ist eingezäunt und somit für Kleinkinder sowie Vierbeiner geeignet.

Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Im Moment ist gegenüber eine Baustelle eines Einfamilienhauses. Es kann zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen.

Unser Haus befindet sich an der Grenze zu Bremen Nord in dem Dorf Werschenrege. Umgeben von Wiesen, Pferdekoppeln und Wäldern kann man dort die Natur geniessen.
