Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge. Downstairs is the bedroom....A door takes you to your private balcony overlooking the sea.

There are stunning views of the beach and surrounding countryside from the large balcony which has a lovely table and chairs. We provide guests with Netflix and free wifi. The perfect location for a family getaway. The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with a double and two single beds. You can walk into Looe which is just over a mile walk or drive it in a few minutes.

It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
