The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The house is well equipped, high quality, self catered accommodation, just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. Close to Falmouth and the Helford river this perfect holiday spot is set in a “Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty”. With all inclusive facilities, the local beach, newly refurbished swimming pool and leisure centre are fab for all ages, couples and families.

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
