Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. 'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.
