The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. It includes: 2nd Floor: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. 1st Floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

Cozy house with perfect strategic location

Newly renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbo's wonderful white beaches (15 min). Öresund Bridge/Malmö (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min), Österlen (about 45 min). Perfect for excursions in the area or business trips. Modern, homey, cozy accommodation with all the amenities! A harmonious house to enjoy! All new in August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy south-facing garden.

The house is newly renovated with complete kitchen and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with two beds and possibility to hang your clothes. Living room with sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. TV and broadband. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining for 6 people. Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.
