Charming 2-story guesthouse in a quiet setting

Charming guest house located in the corner of our garden. The house has been renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed on the 2nd floor, and in addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room with the option of 2 extra beds for an additional fee. Please note that there is a fairly steep staircase to the bedroom on the 2nd floor, which is therefore not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. The home has a nice kitchen, a new bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is access to a small terrace.

Only 10 km (6 miles) to great vacation attractions such as LEGOLAND, Lalandia, WOW Park, the Gyttegård Golf Course, excellent bike paths, a padel court at our stadium, Footballgolf, and much more! A high chair and a crib are available. There is a men's/women's golf set that may be used. There are 2 bicycles in the garage – and they are free to use.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Terrace of 96 m2, which can be completely enclosed, so small children and possibly a dog cannot run out. Garden with a trampoline, two sensory swings and lawn for ball games. The house is located in Vorbasse, only 16 km from Legoland and Lalandia and 32 km from Givskud Zoo. Really well located with many activities in the nearby area and if you want a day trip to the North Sea, it is only 70 km away. Charging stations for electric cars are on the property and can be used via the Monta Charge app (4 DKK/kWh).
