The house was built in the shadow of the historic fortified church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! Nice apartment for 4 people

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Our vacation apartment is located in the attic of our bungalow. It consists of a room with a living area, a sleeping area and kitchenette. In addition, there is the bathroom. The apartment in the countryside

We are located in the countryside and offer lots of space. At night you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter, it snows here, while it just rains in Paderborn. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion destinations in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can drive or walk for miles through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in the summer.
