The Chalet is spacious and still cozy, located in a hamlet of character in the Mont Blanc massif on the Tour du Mont Blanc. The water of the Miage glacier is our drink. The Chalet is in a quiet environment still with easy access in summer and winter, close to the road to Les Contamines, Three Private rooms, breakfast included. Welcome to our characterful Studio apartment situated on the ground floor of our picturesque 19th-century Savoyard farmhouse close to the Morzine / Montriond boundary. Just a 15-minute stroll into Morzine Village centre in one direction and 5/10 minutes into Montriond in the other. Our space offers a cozy retreat with modern amenities and a touch of historic charm, from the beautiful original stone walls to the chunky wooden beams and rustic hand crafted front door.

Convertible armchair for a child (or 2 mattresses for a 3rd adult) no breakfast or kitchen available but many bars/restaurants 5 minutes walk. Close to the ski slopes and Lake Passy/illettes terms of St-Gervais and Chamonix.
