This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. Located in the downtown historic district, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and more.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The house is right off the main highway. It is on a dead end street with only three houses and a beautiful meadow on the other side. The back deck makes it easy to sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions. Free Wifi and parking make this spot even sweeter. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Memory foam mattresses make for a good night's sleep.

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

The Oswell Wright House Circa 1890

Cira 1890 The Oswell Wright home features a Historic Marker that tells the story of the Brandenburg Affair, There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located on the second floor so must be able to use stairs. The kitchen & living room are on the first floor. This home is located 2 blocks from downtown historic Corydon, shopping & dinning. The gas is shut off to cook stove and oven for safety. You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.
