"The Suite Spot"- A "not so average" basement apt- Light & airy. Just off W. Main St in a historic stone cottage. 1 mi fm downtown Franklin (a 20 min walk/ 5 min bike or Lyft ride, 35 min ride to downtown Nashville). Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens.
