There is a parking space in the yard, and a corner of the family garden accessible through the yard (not adjoining the studio) where you can store bicycles, surfboards, canoes... and use the gas BBQ.

You have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You have a garage for your car. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Bestouan Beach and 10 minutes to the center of Cassis.
