Provencal house completely renovated in 2017, 122 m² on the wooded pine heights in La Cadière d'Azur, village with authentic Provencal character. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Thank you Secure outdoor pool with magnificent views of the hills, 4.50 m x 7.50 m unheated. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

Charming villa of 100m2 in Le Castellet, nestled in a green setting with small pool and outdoor spaces, views of the mountains and not overlooked. 10min from Bandol beaches and picturesque Provençal villages. Nearby shops within walking distance. The living room, very bright, is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to live and out. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. Great for holiday!
