Air-conditioned studio with sunny terrace, summer kitchen and private and secure parking, at the back of our family home in the Mugel district. Terrace with Chilean table and to enjoy the sun. The studio is cozy, quiet and fully equipped. Upon request, we can make available an umbrella bed. Calanque and Parc du Mugel are a 3-minute walk away. The port, its market, restaurants and shops are less than 10 min walk away.

Joli T2 de 25 m2 au 1er étage ( sans ascenseur ) avec coin couchage séparé , espace très bien optimisé. Rénové de juin à août 2019. Déco pleine de caractère avec tomettes au sol d’origine, carreaux ciment dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, carreaux marocains dans la salle de bain. Emplacement idéal, centre ville historique face au Café de l’horloge ouvert 7/7. Literie de qualité, matériaux méditerranéens.
