Simple loft in the countryside

This former barn converted into a loft offers an atypical space of 50 m2 for the living room, 30 m2 for the outdoor living room with sea view, swimming pool in the middle of nature. Provencal house completely renovated in 2017, 122 m² on the wooded pine heights in La Cadière d'Azur, village with authentic Provencal character. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Thank you Secure outdoor pool with magnificent views of the hills, 4.50 m x 7.50 m unheated. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

House in Castellet property near Bandol

Small house of 55 m2 in a property shared with the owners. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a single bed (for children), outdoor space, parking and wifi, swimming pool (which we share with our hosts). The latter is located 15 minutes by car from the beach (Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyr) and 5 minutes from the Circuit. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.
