This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

There will also be a continental style breakfast with homemade goodies. Enjoy a pillow-top king bed while gazing at the stars through a glass wall. Whether you’re here with your special someone or just here by yourself to relax and recharge we welcome all our guest to explore the area and take advantage of all the amenities offered.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

The River Nest (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River Nest is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Nest was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the South Saline River. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

The Dragonfly Treehouse

Enjoy this one of a kind treehouse less than 15 minutes from Conway Arkansas. Surrounded by 18 private acres, you will quickly forget you are close to a city. From the custom Black Gum countertop to the beautiful view, no detail has been spared. There is a 7' by 14' outdoor movie screen to watch your favorite movies and a private Pickleball court. StAy Frame at Petit Jean State Park - Cozy Cabin

*We’ve recently added an additional fan to the loft to help with the summer heat and a firepit with seating out back.* Fiber Wi-Fi, well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill! Incredible location, right behind the campground at the entrance of Petite Jean State Park! This unique place has a style all its own. The A-frame cabin is thoughtfully designed to maximize space without sacrificing amenities.

The Barn Loft at Kelly Hollow Farm.

Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your private balcony with peaceful treetop views. Picnic along the clear stream shaded by trees and experience life on the farm. Kelly Hollow Farm and Stay is located near the most popular Hot Springs attractions including Historic downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, Hiking and biking trails, and Magic Springs Amusement park.

Vulture Peak Guest House

This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing.
