At 4000+ feet & only a 10 min walk to town on the Rhododendron Trail. Totally renovated 2017!! Light & sunny 3 bed/2 bath, 750 sq. ft. Originally built by my wife's g-grandmother in the 1940's. Floor to ceiling shiplap, 17 ft. ceilings, hardwoods, reclaimed barn wood, custom fixtures, heated marble/slate bath floors, tankless water heater, gas fireplace, porch, Wifi, TV, washer/dryer, kitchenette. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.
