Private French door entrance opens to the spacious outdoor deck. Relax in the airy private suite with high ceilings, custom 8-foot interior doors and large oversized windows. Atlanta License number - STRL-2022-00187 The Bedroom has 4 large windows, one set of french doors opening to the large outdoor deck, 8 foot high interior doors and high ceilings. The bath features an adjustable shower head and large vanity, the room has a small walk in closet with storage, small refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large outside deck overlooking the yard, neighborhood and a partial city skyline view (especially in winter). There is also a sitting area in the garden by the Koi Pond. I am happy to interact with you as little or as much as you prefer. Originally built in the 1920s, this area is steps from Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens. The Art Museum, the Beltline, Midtown Promenade, and Ponce City Market are within walking distance, with a range of coffee houses, restaurants, and shops. The Park House Suite is located a short walk through Piedmont Park to either the Marta Midtown or Art Center Stations. There is plenty of off street parking. Relay Bike rentals are located 1 block away. Located on Park Drive, you are a few steps away from Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens. The Art Museum, Woodruff Arts Center, the Beltline, Midtown Promenade, Ponce City Market, Krog Market and Virginia Highlands are located within walking distance, offering an array of coffee houses, restaurants and shops.
