Near l'Aiguillon downtown 5' on foot and 10' from Arcachon downtown with bicycle(free) .. Situation : second floor of a quiet building . Exposition : East : sun in the morning , in the shadow the afternoon . The building is on the beach . Building and place are quiet . To avoid any pb ,if you bring your owns bikes you must park them outside the building .Important : we don't take extra charge for the cleaning work, but we want at the end of tour stay , an appartment as clean as given .

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.
