Bohemian cocoon near Arcachon and port of La Teste

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

By car you will be 11 minutes to Arcachon beach, 20 minutes to the dune of Pyla and the ocean beaches. You will have a terrace and parking space .

Pleasant secure residence, quiet, Bay side, no street in front of the apartment. Direct access to Eyrac beach via secure gate. Nice 2-room, pool side, completely renovated in March 2024, second line, beach view, PRIVATE PARKING IN THE RESIDENCE, HOUSE LINEN PROVIDED, PARTIAL POOL VIEW, close to marina, access to city center and Aiguillon by seafront promenade. Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice 85 m2 refurbished apartment, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Bay. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster shack where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5-minute drive away as well as the train station. No pets allowed.
