This is an independent maisonette from our house, located at the back of our home. The entrance via the garden is common but access to the rental is independent and open to a covered terrace opening onto a small private garden. Our accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from the dirty surroundings, 10 minutes by bike from the city center of La Teste and its colorful and gourmet walk, 5 minutes from the center of La Hume, 10 minutes from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the Ocean beaches

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
