In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

The quiet location is ideal for walks along the beautiful waterways in the surrounding area. The covered outdoor area invites you to relax. Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach Emden and the Great Sea, and the North Sea coast is also only about half an hour away. Perfect for a getaway surrounded by nature and proximity to the coast!

The apartment "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter harbor of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

Alte Manslagter Backstuben Apt 2

Not far from the fishing village of Greetsiel is the Warfendorf Manslagt. In the approx. 225-year-old traditional house Manslagter Bauernstuben, you will find the lovingly renovated Ap. on the second floor. On 32 square meters, they have a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining area and TV. A bathroom and a bedroom with TV. In the yard, there is just a terrace with barbecue for our guests. A shed is available for bicycles.

Small but nice - 1 room apartment by the sea

Our small but fine and lovingly renovated apartment is ready for its first guests. It is equipped with 2 single beds (which can easily be pushed together if necessary), a small kitchenette and a separate shower room. Fiber optic Wi-Fi and Smart TV are also available. It is practical yet very cozy. During the renovation, we gave a second life to many historical unique items, which exudes a lot of charm.

Lindenhof Pilsum is a former courtyard located in the center of the idyllic Warfendorf Pilsum. The house offers 4 modern and fully equipped apartments. Perfect for relaxing holidays – especially with kids. For shared use there is a large garden. There is a barbecue and fire pit here, a play tower with sandbox and garden furniture for a relaxing day. You can store your bikes in the barn.
