The holiday home "Up Besöök"was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward. The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in August 2018 and impresses with its cozy character in the attic. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment was newly renovated in September 2024. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house as well as in our courtyard on our shell bed a large table as well as a beach chair for our guests.
