The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

The 210 sqm, ground-level apartment can accommodate 9 people. 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The 25 sqm terrace is a wonderful place to relax. The outdoor sauna invites you to linger. Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.
