Stay quietly in beautiful surroundings! You will stay in my cozy guest house that is furnished for 2 people. The guest house has a kitchenette, dining area, private bathroom, a small living room and access to the garden and covered terrace with barbecue. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the vines or take a walk to the beach or forest less than 1 km from here. I live in the main house next door, so if you have any questions or requests, feel free to knock. All breakfast ingredients are ready in the fridge and freezer.

Summer house with fjord view.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Apartment with great view of the fjord

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Glücksburg country house

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Really nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and with built-in heating. Only 350 meters from a lovely beach and forest, as well as the Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic rolls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.

We are located on the “Gendarmsti”, one of Denmark's most precious hiking routes. Our property is roughly 250 m from the beach, and you can walk in the nearby forest at an equal distance. You can also enjoy a bit of city life & culture nearby (10 km) in the heart of Flensburg.

The house is located directly opposite the famous Ochseninseln, on the Gendarmstien, literally "a stone's throw" from the water and impresses with an unobstructed panoramic view over the fjord from "Flensburg", via "Glücksburg" to the "Holnis" peninsula.
